Now when it comes to the initial outbreak, if we have learned anything from the movies, we won’t be able to depend on the power and lights to last very long, and if the power goes so will indoor plumbing.

Over at ZombieStrategies.com we are big fans of the wait out the initial frenzy strategy.  In our opinion, it doesn’t make sense to be trying to run out into an unfamiliar environment and try to get out of dodge or start gathering supplies at the first sign that things are getting crazy.  For all you know zombies may starve to death fairly quickly, or start decomposing enough that they aren’t a threat after just a few days.

In that case its better to just hang out in your home with doors and windows locked and play a nice game of Scrabble or Monopoly until the crazies die off.  But if you are going to do that, your going to need a good supply of food and water and this is where the WaterBob makes its appearance.  At the first sign of trouble, just unbox your WaterBob and put it in the bath tub.  Then connect the fill tube to your faucet and in 20 minutes you’ll have 100 gallons of fresh drinking water that should last you about 4 weeks in the airtight bladder.
